Is 宵夜街 an appropriate place to dine? (Revised version 2-3)

Due to located in rural area at Chungli, 宵夜街 became the main dine place for NCU students, but their comments about 宵夜街 have long diverged.

“It is too good to be true” screamed Henry with joy, a freshman in School of Management. The low-price but plentiful meals attract him a lot. “ 宵夜街 save me a great deal of budget for me. Here, I have the same delicacy but at much lower cost than in Taipei” Henry remarked.

“But the street is shabby and messy” said Henry. “The dirty surrounding erodes my good mood to eat.”
However, for Kent, a English department student, 宵夜街 is another story.
“Oh gosh, I wish I could have other alternative beside it!” Kent shouted, with helpless agony. Doubtlessly, he couldn’t ignore the benefit from cheap food here, but “the quality is sometimes far from restaurant outside NCU and the food choice is monotonous.” Moreover, Kent added, as same as what Henry commented, “the crowded and disordered street really discourage me from having my dinner here!”

However, with an eye to 宵夜街’s irreplaceable convenience, Kent, as other students whether they like it or not, has no choice but to keep eating everyday there.

As the main choice for students, the change in 宵夜街 is absolutely important. But for limited profit, it is less likely that shops here revise spontaneously. Hence, school authority should create incentive for them more keenly. By, for example, introducing quality-assessment competition, I believe 宵夜街 will become more and more desirable.

Respond toward Suggestion2

To start with, some readers advised me to notice several grammar errors, especially for rule of quotation. In an interview quotation, according to grammar, for example “ “------ “ said Henry” , to clarify who makes the announcement, we often use V+S structure instead of S+V since it is an inverted sentence. I accept this idea. However, in my opinion, form is flexible if situation requires. Hence, S+V is sometime acceptable if it can convey ideas more clearly.
Besides, some suggest that I should add more innovative elements into my article for instance the angle from shopkeepers, since 宵夜街 has already been well-known among NCU students. I admit I neglect this part. Initially, I just want to clear out how NCU students feel about 宵夜街 and why they like or oppose it. Thus, I vary my last paragraph. I talk more about the obstacle for future of 宵夜街 may face and what exactly school authority can do to make it better.
Then, some says the quotation is vague in some way and my thought inside is not strong enough. To this point, I’ve revised word-form, hoping it will make the quotation is more concrete. Moreover, I’ve added my sincere wish to the future of 宵夜街 at the end of my work.

In the long run, I want to show my gratitude toward those who gives complements and suggestions. Reader’s opinions make me write more perfect.

Doubtlessly, he couldn’t ignore the benefit from cheap food there, but “the quality is far from restaurant outside NCU and the food choice is monotonous.” Moreover, Kent added, as same as what Henry commented, “the crowded and disgusting street sometime really discourage me from having my dinner there!”
However, with an eye to 宵夜街’s irreplaceable convenience, Kent has no choice but to keep eating everyday there. Consequently, he sincerely hope school authority will conduct revision in 宵夜街 soon, “ making it more tidy ,hygienic and introducing more competitive restaurant to here.” Kent urged.
